Why is there no setup fee?
We spread the cost of building the website over the subscription. That's why the contract has a 12-month minimum term.
How do I request a change?
Send us an email describing what should change. Small changes within your plan's allowance are usually done within a few business days.
What if something goes wrong with the website?
We back up the website with every change and keep the full version history indefinitely. Data such as bookings is backed up daily. We restore a previous version in minutes.
Do you handle email too?
Yes. We set up mailboxes on your domain, e.g. jon@yourcompany.is, that work in any email app and on your phone. One mailbox is included in the Vöxtur and Plús plans, and each additional one costs 990 ISK a month. If you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your email stays there.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered to your business, and if you don't have one yet, we'll help you buy it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the first 12 months with one month's notice. The domain stays yours.
Do you build online shops?
Not at the moment. We focus on business websites. A simple product or service catalogue fits in the Vöxtur or Plús plan.
